Philadelphia's Darrell Clarke, BUZZ's City Councilman introduced a bill that would tax your chewin' habit instead of your trash - as proposed in Mayor Nutter's budget.
We're not talking about smokes - except for cigars and paper if you roll your own - and chewin' tobacca.
Not a bad idea - but why not add marijuana to that list? Seems silly that booming industry gets away tax free! And do we have a great PR maven to help get this ball rolling.
